As our way of thanking you for shopping at Oxford Hall, we strive every day to take care of our customers and make your experience a special one. Steve and I find unique products that we feel you will love. Much of our merchandise come from Ireland and the British Isles. It is handmade by companies that feel as we do that quality does not have to be expensive, but it needs to reflect the culture that has exsisted for thousands of years in the lands of the Celtic people. Our beautiful sweaters, woolens and capes will last for years because of how they are made. The Jewellery and gifts reflect designs made by artisans for generations. Many of the designs tell a story about spirituality, the cycle of life and the passing of the family through generations.
Method of Payment
Oxford Hall gladly accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Checks and Cash. When payiing by check a $35 service fee may be applied for returned checks. Any additionsl bank fees will also be applied to the customer.
Return Policy
We will gladly exchange your purchase for other merchandise or issue a store credit for any merchandise returned in stable, new condition accompanied by a receipt within 30 days. Please note that food items, clearance items, and peirced jewelry are non-returnable. Items noted as special orders or clearance merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange. Gifts can be returned for other merchandise or a store credit, based on the current day price for the merchandise being returned.
Shipping Information
We ship all of our packages through UPS or the US Postal service. Oxford Hall reserves the option to choose the best carrier available at the time of shipment. Purchases made through the web site will be shipped through the carrier requested by the customer if possible.
In Store Sales and Promotions
Because our merchandise is often unique and sometimes hard to reorder, we do not reduce merchandise often. Special sales and coupons have to follow the policies of the individual coupons. Coupons can not be doubled up or used with other offers. We offer many special sales to customers through email offers and our newsletters. If you’d like to receive notification of our sales, please sign up for our mailing list on the "Newsletter" page. Active duty Military will always receive 10% off all full price merchandise. They must show a current Military ID to take advantage of the discount.
